How to Use

Power On
Press and hold the power button for 2–3 seconds to turn the device on.

Adjust Temperature
Once powered on, short-press the power button to switch between heat levels:

• Low – 113°F (45°C): Gentle warmth for shoulders, neck, or everyday comfort
• Medium – 131°F (55°C): Cozy warmth for hands and feet
• High – 149°F (65°C): Deep, soothing heat for the abdomen, cramps, or muscle tension

Note: Temperatures listed refer to the internal heating element. Surface temperature may feel slightly lower for comfort and safety.
